Volunteer Needed: Spring ASP Coordinator
The PTA is reaching out to the BBES community in search of a dedicated volunteer to fill the important role of Spring ASP Coordinator. This position is crucial for successfully running our After School Programs (ASPs) this upcoming Spring.
Key Responsibilities:
* Compile instructor applications and club descriptions
* Create program flyers for families
* Create and manage rosters
* Communicate necessary information to instructors and families
* Provide on-site coordination from 2:30-4:15 PM on Tuesdays and Thursdays (attendance, club/student assistance, dismissal supervision)
Support:
*Experienced volunteer support is provided daily to aid in your responsibilities.
*Access to your POC (VP of Programs), as well as the Treasurer and Communications Director to ensure your success in this role.

Mark your calendars! The PTA is thrilled to announce that the 2025 Shamrock Roll ☘🐅👟 will take place on Friday, March 14th! We invite you to come and cheer on your Tigers as they roll, walk, run, and have fun!
Volunteer:
📢Calling all parents for the ☘ 2025 Shamrock Roll ☘! Our Tigers are eager to walk, run, roll, and have a great time, but we need your HELP to make this event a success.
The Shamrock Roll will take place on March 14th, with each class participating during their designated specials time. Click the link to look at the grade level schedule and consider signing up to assist. Volunteer roles will be assigned upon your arrival.

🚨Loudoun Hunger Relief is seeking help for two select days this February to transport recovered food from BBES to the LHR.🚨
Details:
When: 2/28 (Friday) between 1:30 PM and 2:00 PM
Where: BBES to LHR
What: Transport recovered food. Collect a receipt for the total and email it to Emily House.
Support: Assistance to load and unload your vehicle
